Had high expectations from the reviews but had a subpar experience ordered matcha but powder was not even dissolved. Asked them to mix it properly but still came back the same. Bagels were smaller than expected and had no flavor. The avocado was too tough, not even ripe enough.

Found it closed (though with much of the same signage) with KC's Bakery Storage running out of the same shop, which was confusing. Consulting Instagram after the fact, it does say this is a temporary closure with a pop-up that serves some of the same coffee. I've asked Google to reflect this temporary closure. The following pertains to KC's Bakery Storage: The latte I had was okay, and the sesame bagel with cream cheese was good. Both were served packaged to go, but they do have tables outside. They had some temporary trouble getting an Octopus reader to connect, so I paid cash; not a problem for me. This experience or a closed store wouldn't have merited a three star review. The confusing signage and Google listing did. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $50–100

My husband and I missed La Luz for quite some time since it moved from Jordan to Cheung Chau. The cold brew with whisky ball is superb as it has always been whilst the corned beef and egg bagel is delicious with both the bagel and fillings warm. Surprised to have a complimentary chocolate brownie. Worth the visit. Keep going, pretty lady Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
