Love their Panda tea set. With a lovely pandan flavor thick mouse and a hot drink plus beautiful Seaview at just about hkd85 is super value for money ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They serve a semi-lunch buffet with unlimited salad, soup, dessert, and coffee/tea! Loved the salad station with so many fresh varieties and dressings For mains, we tried: Roasted Provencal Rack of Lamb with Mushroom Gravy — asked for medium, super tender, though a little on the fatty side. Pan-fried Halibut Fillet with Risotto — perfectly cooked and such a great pairing! They even surprised me with a birthday chocolate wording plate Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pierside Bar & Restaurant is collaborating with skincare brand GLAMDY to present the 【Princess Red ∙ Glamorous Afternoon Tea】. Princess red is a dedicated colour with notions of nobility and elegance. Inspired by this royal colour, the culinary chef team has specially handcrafted an array of alluring red-coloured savouries and desserts, including the Rose Cheesecake, Strawberry Napoleon, Lychee Mousse with Bird Nest and Tremella Jelly with Vanilla Panna Cotta, complemented with the classic Raisin Scones with house-made Jam and Clotted Cream, and more savoury selections.
