We ordered a birthday cake for our baby's first birthday and we love it! It was gorgeous and we received several compliments from guests on it. It was so pretty that some thought it wasn't meant for eating. The taste is also nice, not too sweet! She worked with us within our budget and made great recommendations that fit what we wanted as well as the overall style of the cake. The cake actually had more decorations than I had expected! Overall it was a very smooth process. Price per person: SGD 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Shirley's cake was very well-loved by both adults and children! It was my first time ordering from her, and honestly my response wasn't always the fastest. But Shirley was very patient in explaining the flavours and design as well. Really love how the cake turned out, and everybody was say how nice and yummy the cake is. And it's not too sweet for the children too. Will definitely order again! Thank you for a wonderful first birthday cake! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We ordered a two-tier cake from Lalabakes for our son’s 1st birthday, and we couldn’t be happier with it. The cake was beautifully done and fit perfectly with our backdrop—it really brought the whole setup together. For the flavours, the base tier was their signature Valrhona chocolate, and I absolutely loved it! It was rich without being overwhelming and just the right level of sweetness (I’m usually not a big fan of cakes as many are too sweet). The second tier was chocolate sea salt caramel. I didn’t get the chance to try it myself, but many of my guests did and shared that the combination of sea salt caramel and chocolate was a perfect balance—not too sweet and very well done. Overall, it looked amazing and tasted just as good. Highly recommend Lalabakes if you’re looking for both aesthetics and quality flavours! Food: 5 Service: 5
