This is a rather famous Chinese restaurant doing traditional Cantonese cuisine. They have a popular dish truffle dark skin roasted goose. I'm really impressed by the smell, taste, presentation. Very very delicious. Don't missed this one. The soup we ordered winter melon with seafood is also closed to perfection. The service is good. The only thing they need to improve is their air conditioning is no good for summer time in hk. Anyway, this one is a good choice if u want some authentic, decent Cantonese food, and your budget is not tight. Come try it for yourself. Price per person: $200–250
