シンガポール唯一と言うか東京にもないコロンビアレストラン。正直ペルー料理との違いがわからなかったが比較的控えめの価格の割りに料理のレベルはかなり高いしサービスも素晴らしい。最近シンガポールは高すぎるファインダイニングより一歩おさえ目ながらクオリティは高い店が増えているがその中でもトップクラス！コロンビア料理とはいえセビーチェ(柑橘締めした刺身)やローストポーク、タコスなど食べやすい皿が多く誰でも楽しめる内容。鶏のハツなど焼き鳥的な皿(南米はハツ食べる)もあり楽しい。ワインやカクテルも豊富でかなりおすすめの今時な店。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always a Michelin worthy experience to watch chef owner Fernando and his team in action at the open kitchen. Reserve this as your regular lunch/dinner venue for great vibes, attentive service and all the flavours Colombian cuisine has to offer! We tried Table for Two by Platinum.
7-course set menu for two, exclusively curated for Platinum by American Express.

- Pan de la Casa
Latido signature rye bread, served with caramelised onion butter.

- Ceviche de Arándanos con Aguacate
Sashimi-grade hamachi, cranberry, avocado, pickled ginger.

- Carimañola de Jaiva
Cassava fritter, crab, Oaxaca cheese, rambutan.

- Patacón y Pulpo
Grilled octopus, plantain, jalapeño ají.

- Arepa de Choclo con Lechonsita
Handcrafted sweetcorn cake, suckling pig, egg, paprika.

Dishes were well paced throughout lunch. Portions were decent, and we were quite full by dessert.
