Dining Experience at Le Monde We started with the Lobster Bisque, which was incredibly rich and velvety, followed by the Crab Cakes—impressively packed with sweet, chunky crab meat and very little filler. For the mains, the Hanger Steak was the standout, offering a deep, robust beef flavor and a tender texture that’s hard to beat. The Lamb Rack was equally impressive—succulent and perfectly pink—while the Chicken Roulade showcased great technical skill with its crispy skin and moist filling. High-quality ingredients and solid execution across the board. Highly recommended for a satisfying Western meal! Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
