During my lunch break, I decided to go grab a drank at Liho as it was around the area. I purchased a Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea with Pearls. Although the service was speedy, I realised after walking out of the mall and having tasted my drink for the first time that there was absolutely no passionfruit flavour. I am pretty disappointed as the drink itself is quite costly ($5.90), and with the main selling point being the passionfruit flavour, I would have expected at least a tinge of it in my drink. Maybe it had slipped my server's mind, but please ensure that all drinks are made correctly in future, especially if it is going to cost almost $6.

Super friendly cashier, the cashier was very warm and friendly, and patiently introduced the drink to us. I ordered the avocado drink, and it was made really well, smooth and tasty. Other outlets don’t always get it right, but this one was excellent.

Visited on 2/4/26 @350pm ish there was 2 staff one guy and one lady, stood at the queue to waited for awhile as they were busy with orders maybe 3 - 4 orders in front of me, understandable no complains here, however when the guy finally stood and took my order he was super rude when i told him my orders and gave off very very bad tone. I do understand that they might feel overwhelmed but honestly is it fair to the customers that they give such stink attitude to? Please do smth abt this
