The Bee Hoon and Vegetarian stir Fry Broccoli are a bit too wet. Curry chicken and beef Rendang are too oily.

Have partnered with Liang Food Caterer for buffet twice for staff events, and feedback on quality is good, especially the satay, thai fish cake and fried bee hoon. Compared to other caterer, able to accommodate to small groups (30 pax above), with good price-point. Value for money and quick turnaround too.
