The sauces and seasoning here deserve full marks. While the pasta is not handmade, both the quality of the ingredients and the cooking techniques are outstanding. The dishes are excellent value for money, and the menu features many creative and refreshing flavor combinations that are well worth trying. When it comes to drinks, I highly recommend paying a little extra for the single origin coffee. If you are a coffee lover like me, the hand-drip coffee is a must try, which is very reasonably priced for the quality offered. One thing I particularly appreciated is that they serve coffee beans from overseas roasters, called DAK, that are often difficult to find locally and usually require international shipping. The coffee place itself is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The restroom is clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There is no dining time limit, making it an ideal place to relax, enjoy quality food, and have long conversations with friends. Among restaurants of a similar style and price range, this place truly stands out. The only disappointment was the fried dishes. The frying technique could definitely be improved, as the texture and execution did not meet the same high standard as the rest of the menu. If I had not tried the fried items, I would have happily given this place a perfect 5/5. However, because they left such a strong negative impression, my rating would be 4.5/5.
