Locanda is one of the best restaurants for birthday / anniversary celebration in Happy Valley. I’d like to highly recommend their Crispy Ping Yuen Chicken from local farms. It features a whole, locally sourced, hormone-free Ping Yuen chicken slow-roasted with herbs. The skin is extremely crispy while the meat is succulently juicy. Don’t forget to reserve it in advance in your booking since it is a must-try here. Another must-try signature dish is the red prawn pasta. The sauce is incredibly flavorful, highlighting the sweetness of the large Spanish red prawns. Overall speaking, the dining environment is cosy and intimate. Food quality is consistently high. Do consider this for your next celebration.
