Food serve is room temperature. Stand by until cannot make it. I was hoping for hot fish and chicken but none was hot at all. The only hot food was the soup. Very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked for more crumbs, server barely looked or responded. Got home and realised there were barely any crumbs, hits harder after a long day :) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

To the Management of Long john silver's , if you are reading this: a word of kind advice for your serious consideration, pls kindly review your staff/process cooking the food items of late, this is the worst fries i've ever had in my entire life, dare i say the worst fries in the entire singapore. It is hard and dry, powdery texture and totally bland. Im not sure if im eating styrofoam or potato... And im pretty sure raw potatoes would taste better than this. The way you mess up your fries to this horrid state is beyond me. If you would rather ignore and CHOOSE to continue to allow such quality standard of food, im afraid this may screw up your existence in singapore... Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
