Extremely disappointing service. This was my first visit, and sadly it will be my last. The staff did not provide a welcoming experience. The female staff member appeared to have a very arrogant attitude and made me feel uncomfortable when I simply asked questions. The male staff member also seemed unfriendly and showed a lack of basic customer service, including not thanking customers after the service. A business that provides services should make customers feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service standards. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'll only review my coffee as I haven't tried the food. From the outside they look very serious about the coffee. They have light, medium and dark roast available. They also have a wide selection of beans for V60 in case you're feeling exotic. It's nice that the choice on the menu is so clear. As for the light roast (pictured), it isn't particularly aromatic and the flavour is underwhelming. There is a hint of sweetness, but very little aftertaste. I couldn't detect any acidity at all which is what you expect if the beans are lightly roasted. Maybe they were roasted a long time ago. I didn't ask. The service is pleasant.
