Good service and a great atmosphere, which made the overall experience enjoyable at first. However, the quality of the food was disappointing and did not match the standard suggested by the setting. Quite surprisingly, the weakest aspect was the Thai cuisine, which one would normally expect to be a highlight. The dishes lacked depth of flavour, balance, and freshness, and there is clearly significant room for improvement. In particular, the Thai food felt inconsistent and notably different from what is typically served by the hotel’s main kitchen, suggesting a gap in quality control or execution. With some attention to ingredients, preparation, and authenticity, the dining experience could be significantly enhanced. I would strongly encourage the team to revisit the menu and cooking standards to better align with the otherwise high level of service and ambience.
