A small, intimate specialty cafe right on Robinson Road — easy to walk past, worth stopping for. Seating is limited which keeps the atmosphere focused and unhurried. The barista was genuinely enthusiastic — not just technically proficient but excited to talk through the beans they're bringing in next, which tells you a lot about the ethos of the place. Ordered the Panama Corpachi Geisha, Red Honey process, brewed on a Mahlkönig EK43 through a V60 at 1:15. The barista used a dual-temperature pour strategy — hot bloom, cooler main pour — to layer the extraction. The result was textbook: jasmine on the nose, apricot mid-palate (clean malic acid expression), and a structured finish that was sweet without being cloying. The Red Honey process added roundness and body without pushing it toward ferment territory. Precise and elegant. At SGD 12 for a Panama Geisha on EK43, the value is exceptional by Singapore standards. A proper specialty stop in the CBD — highly recommended. They also had a Washed Ethiopia Gute Mini on rotation that day — white florals and lemon tea — which tells you the bean curation is serious and regularly changing. Cosy, tucked away space with an efficient amount of outdoor seating & a surprisingly extensive filter menu. Very friendly & knowledgeable barista - I got an Ethiopia roast that was smooth, rich berries w/ a hint of chocolate and a strong black tea aftertaste. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
