Very bad service overall. Waffles are soft and the maple syrup was so little. When we ask for more they say cannot and turn away. No water to refill when counter was empty. No wonder the beside cafe was full of people when here is empty. Staff we unhappy when servicing customer that's why people are not coming! To the owner of the cafe, please take this feedback and speak to your staff, else you will loose more customers and close business very soon.

Very bad experience! Dine in to order the waffles and ice cream and choose to sit indoor. The place is smoky due to the waffle and no aircon which is very warm inside and uncomfortable. When asking the counter for extra maple syrup they say cannot!? I am paying why can't give me extra?? Look at the color waffles and it's burnt, when shoe the counter they say it's normal. When I ask for vanilla flavor for the waffles they say cannot again, why I am paying for the ice cream. Water no stop and empty. First and last experience.
