Never come again as staff shows poor respect - I was looking for a coffee and bumped into Lungo in Cheung Sha Wan. I ordered Magic flat white and the barrister responded so impolitely, “you want Magic or Flat white?” I reiterated, “I want to have Magic flat white.” He reiterated impatiently, “you want Magic or Flat white?” I asked, “your menu stated flat white and magic flat white, what is the difference?” He finally reached out to read the menu himself and explained “magic is double shot”. Since it’s 5pm and I cannot take double shot so I ordered regular flat white. After I got the coffee, I asked the waitress standing next to me where I could get brown sugar. The lady behind the barrister counter shouted out, “the cup is already double layered.” I looked at her with silence. The waitress next to me said, “no, she is asking for brown sugar.” I shoke my head on my way out. I would never come again as the service is so poor and I think anyone deserves respect.
