Okay I sincerely have not tasted anything else besides salt bread in this bakery so I might be biased but every time I come here I only buy salt bread because it’s so good cuz it actually has salt and it’s so soft on the inside and perfect firm but crispy vibe on the inside. It might be better if you toast it a little bit because when they give it to you it’s bound to be cold but it’s still so good. I gave this place 5 stars for the salt bread alone lol Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$1–50 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Their croissant is well balanced between being savoury and naturally sweet. It gives off a light caramelized sweet aroma. Exterior is delicate and flakey. One end of my croissant received too much heat in the oven, lending a bitterness to that part. The interior retains adequate moisture, not dry/over-baked. The inside offers a nice chew, offering textural contrast. Overall a very well-done croissant, minus the mishap with the uneven oven heat(?). Would return!
