日本で食べるのとほぼ変わらず値段も大差ない。ただ、チキンナゲットの味だけは日本と違う。

Vishnusree and Han from Mos Burger Tanjong Pagar 100am mall are very nice, friendly, kind hearted and superb patience staff to have because when I arrive at this outlet to order my rice burger set meal with corn soup, I could see that both of them work hand in hand very well and each of them is very well versed with their own individual tasks cause I notice that Vishnusree is in charge of frying the fries, preparing the burger ingredients together with the soup while Han is standing near to the counter to attend to any queries that customers will have and he also have to prepare all individual food orders onto the trays or if not place the food into plastic bags for customers when they require for take away. Henceforth because of their good partnership for both Vishnusree and Han, this result in my dinner to be ready within a very short period of time which is around 10 mins of wait time only when there are several customers queuing in front of me, thus both of them deserve to be compliment for their hard work as I notice the time that I have for my dinner is around 730pm which is the peak dinner hours especially when today is a Friday. I literally observe how hardworking both Vishnusree and Han are when they work at Mos Burger at 100am Mall, because Vishnusree even ask me if the food is ok when I couldn’t finish my food so I ask her for plastic bags to pack the food to bring back to my office while Han is busy on the other end settling other customers with their individual food orders. Both Vishnusree and Han are very young employees and I am very impressed with their willingness to work in F&B shop and also for their hardworking attitude cause it can be quite hot and tiring to stand near the frying pans and to even prepare every individual customers’ food orders is really not an easy job at all especially when both of them have to stand for maybe 8 hours a day with probably just a half an hour-45 mins short break for their meal, this alone can be very physically and mentally draining come aching for both of their back, thus 2 of them are very nice employees to have and the fact that nowadays youngsters will never choose to work in fast food restaurants given the long operating hours as this outlet starts from 10am to 10pm. Reason being, my job requires me to face different customers every single day so I can totally understand and relate how tough it’s for Vishnusree and Han when both of them still have to put on a smile everytime when dealing with different types of customers which nowadays customers can be so demanding or impatience or nasty people, so both of them provide such awesome customer service and being so patience is indeed a virtue, as such I do truly respect 2 of them. I am highly impressed with Vishnusree and Han’s customer service skills & patience attitude as both of them are willing to go the extra mile to serve all customers at the shop which will result in having more customers wanting and willing to patronise the outlet more often so this is a very rare gesture to have nowadays in this era. I am very confident to comment and compliment Vishnusree and Han mainly because I work from a very small role in my finance career until only 3 years ago I got promoted as a Director of Sales when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 43 years old already. I would like to compliment both of them to be given a pay raise or promotion for putting extra effort with their work, serve customers with passion and patience. Please kindly arrange a session to compliment Vishnusree and Han in front of all the staff for their awesome and splendid customer service so that all other employees should literally take them as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Vishnusree and Han. Thank you. This is a Japanese burger chain. I had the Spicy MOS burger with cheese for lunch with fries. Cost around SGD $8. It wasn’t spicy- had a few pieces of jalapeños in it. Somehow the shredded cabbage always falls out. Tasted decent. It’s a quick bite and somewhat reasonably priced. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
