I placed a pickup order via Foodpanda about an hour before arriving at your Admiralty outlet. When I reached, the app showed that my food was ready for collection at 11:15am. However, when I approached one of the I Indian staff (picture attached) members to check on my order, she ignored my request and did not assist me. At the same time, I noticed she was helping other Foodpanda delivery "Guy" only with similar queries. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such issues at this outlet—there have been previous occasions of incorrect orders or difficulty getting assistance. I hope management can look into this and ensure better customer service standards, as this experience was quite disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Typical mos food, ok. Service was ridiculous. I was on queue way ahead and just made a simple 1 item ALA carte order. I was overtaken by at least 6 groups. Normally I don't make a big fuss. But they didn't seem to care. Turtle crew. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Yesterday I was experiencing sudden stomach cramps, nausea, suspected gastric attack and I stopped by Mos Burger Kampung Admiralty outlet to grab a quick meal. Despite being in a rush and not feeling well, I received not just timely service, but also thoughtful care: San kindly offered me a cup of warm water without me having to ask. That small but considerate gesture made a real difference to me in the moment. In my view, going the extra mile in this way exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. It is rare and refreshing to experience staff who are not only efficient but also empathetic and attentive to customers’ needs beyond just the transaction. I sincerely hope San’s thoughtful act is recognised and appreciated by the company. Her kindness reflects very positively on MOS Burger’s brand and the kind of culture and service you promote.
