Nasi lemak with a tiny bergedil, egg, fish fillet for $5.50. Bergedil didn't taste the freshest and egg was too salty. Male staff handling the chicken rice stall had terrible service. Customer wanted $3.80 chicken rice and he kept saying "add meat? add meat you should eat more" and charged $5.90. Started taunting and scolding the customer for not being able to pay. Horrendous service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unbelievable experience! I was buying food at the pasar malam and simply asked for a packet of plain chicken rice from this store. The man first said he doesn’t sell it, then told me it’s $1.50—which I was perfectly fine with. But instead of just serving, he criticised me, saying I bought so much from the pasar malam and only came to him for plain rice. Excuse me? What kind of attitude is that towards a paying customer? Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and shocking. Never expected to be scolded just for buying food. Totally unacceptable! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I wanted to order food at Padang House located at Yishun MRT, but there was a long queue. Although there were several staff inside, only one was attending to customers while the others were chatting. The service was very poor—I wouldn’t recommend dining here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
