定年後おばちゃん店員さん、忙しいようで態度がめちゃこわい。番号をさけび、お客さんに声かけらたら、今はダメ！と叫びかえす。大変ですな。 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had Portobello Wagyu Burger, small french fries, hot lemon tea, and corn soup. The burger tastes really good but, it is quite hard to eat with the tomato with the rest of the burger since it is much smaller than the rest of the ingredients and also a thick slice. I can't eat with the top to the bottom of the burger but it is really tall and I like how generous the amount of ingredients. The burger's price is a bit expensive but once in a while experience is worth it. The atmosphere is quite noisy and not many seats available. Took a while for food to come as it was lunch hour and lots of orders. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Hokkaido Croquette Burger, Hokkaido Croquette Pie

Business must be doing so poorly that any extra pack of sauce is now charged at $0.80! When I asked for mustard to go with my nuggets, your staff did not clearly inform me that there would be an additional charge. About 30 seconds later, I was approached and asked to make payment for the sauce. If add-on condiments are chargeable, this should be clearly stated on your menu! Furthermore, no receipt was issued after I paid for the sauce, which is unacceptable! Shame on you MOS Burger! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
