I wanted to get rice for nephew at the cai fan store I think the dude was rude and racist for speaking with the other dude as I couldn't understand I was polite and murmuring and could been better with the way of service and clear with instructions rather than being not happy about serving me a it's not acceptable at all Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
