Came for an early drink before dinner maybe a bit too early as we were the only ones in the bar. Very friendly waitstaff and a solid bartender. We both ordered drinks off the menu, and they were very drinkable, always a good sign when they’re not too sweet. Will definitely give this place another visit. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Madame Claude Cocktail Bar is a solid spot if you’re looking for a straightforward cocktail experience without too much fuss. The drinks are very much standard fare — well made and reliable, but not necessarily the kind that push boundaries or surprise you. Still, the bartenders know what they’re doing, and it’s an easy place to settle in for a couple of rounds with friends. What gives the place a bit of character is the decor, which has a slightly quirky and unique touch that sets it apart from the usual sleek cocktail lounges around town. It creates a nice atmosphere for conversation and a relaxed night out. One thing to keep in mind though is the relatively early closing time, which can catch you off guard if you’re expecting to stay late — so it’s probably better suited as an earlier stop in the evening rather than the final bar of the night. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $30–40
