Visited Shin Gi Tai and was really impressed by the creativity behind their drinks. The cocktails are unique and fully customisable based on your preferences, which makes the experience feel personal and exciting. We tried the Christmas special peanut butter rum and the Tom Yum cocktail — both were incredibly inventive, delicious, and well balanced. You can tell a lot of thought and skill goes into every drink they craft. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to be surprised again by their open-ended menu! Highly recommend for anyone who loves a great cocktail adventure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
