I had a terrible stay here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The biggest issue was the unprofessional and rude staff. I had a friend come to visit me during the daytime, and the staff strictly refused to let her come to my room. There was no reasonable explanation given, just a very hostile attitude that made me feel unwelcome as a paying guest. They do not maintain the building and it so old like it almost damaged elevator, filthy air, damaged walls. Service: 1

I'm sorry for your problem, but as the managerr of the hotel, I can vouch for the fact that none of the staff would do something like this. Are you sure nothing else happened? Other people who visited your room, One of your guest or maybe you could have lost them. But above all, why didn't you call the police? And why did you write 3 reviews?
