A place devoted almost entirely to the beauty of bluefin tuna, where the focus is clear from the moment you sit down. Everything here revolves around maguro in its many forms, each cut revealing a slightly different personality of the fish. Slices arrive glistening and carefully arranged, from lean akami to the richer, more indulgent toro. The quality of the tuna is unmistakable. Clean, buttery and deeply satisfying in that quiet way that good sushi always is. The space itself feels calm and focused, letting the ingredients speak without distraction. It is the sort of place where you slow down, savour each piece, and appreciate the subtle differences between every bite.
