レビューが良かったのでバスで30分かけて行ってみました。見た目は美味しそうだったんだけど、食べてみたらアレ。。。？麺が水分を吸いすぎてた。ベトナム麺って扱いが簡単そうで難しいのかも？味付けもいまいちで、チリソースで仕切り直そうと思ったけど、効果なく。ここのお店はバインミーが売りらしいので、そっちにしておけば良かったかな。ただこの麺の味付けを考えると、バインミーが飛び抜けて美味しくなるとは思えなくなってしまった私。. 深夜2時までの営業。パクチーが苦手でそれは除いて食べたけれど、どれも美味しい。店内がごちゃついてて、持ち帰りおすすめの店。

Look at the plump fresh salad rolls with prawns! Start your meal with the fresh salad rolls with prawns. Look how plump they are! The ingredients were really fresh and the citrusy fish sauce definitely stimulated our appetite. But we thought having sriracha sauce by the side would have made it better. We also enjoyed the vermicelli at Mai Kitchen especially the one with barbecue pork. Pour in the citrusy dipping sauce then mix the smoky and sweet pork with the vegetables and vermicelli. The vermicelli was not soggy or clumpy at all. Taste was on point; healthy and delicious at the same time. Food was great and service was good but the eatery is rather small so seats were limited and kinda of crammed. The eatery had an unpleasant smell when we went in but we soon got used to it after a while. Not sure if the smell was due to fish sauce and other spices trapped in the not well-ventilated small space after a long time.
