Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀｜Maido This time, come eat with me at a traditional Korean resto on the heart of the Korean food street at TST ! Maido serve lots of traditional Korean dishes, here is what I tried: - One of my all-time faves! The beef is tender and juicy, with a mildly sweet aftertaste that pairs perfectly with the sizzling hot plate aroma. - Chewy ramen noodles soaking up that mildly spicy , rich tteokbokki sauce, plus plenty of soft, bouncy fish cakes! - Who can say no to a floury, perfectly pan-fried seafood pancake? Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and paired with soy sauce that elevates its aroma, absolutely irresistible. Now it is a sign you go try and fill your tummies with some Korean comfort food!
