Very below average hotpot and noodles. Sad vegetables, cheap brand mushy luncheon meat and bland broth (blob of sauce they forgot to mix well before serving) really forced me to give a 2 stars rating. Price per person: HK$200–250 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Met friends after work at SSAL BORI SSAL in Tsim Sha Tsui for some Korean comfort food – waited 20 mins on a weekday, but totally worth it! Cozy woodsy vibe like a Seoul backstreet spot, Korean customers and K-dramas on TV made it feel super authentic. Seafood pancake crispy & fresh, clam doenjang soup rich & warming (perfect for cold nights), beef glass noodle stir-fry flavorful & comforting. Shared a bottle of makgeolli – light, bubbly & easy-drinking. Great for relaxed Korean nights! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$250–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
