I recently visited Melodic CNX and unfortunately had a very negative experience due to the terrible service. From the start, it was clear there was a significant lack of attention from the staff. I watched as the Thai customers at the table next to me received prompt table service without even having to ask, while I was completely ignored. I had to resort to shining a flashlight at a server just to get his attention. The two staff members on duty spent the entire evening on their phones, seemingly unconcerned with me as a customer. The food service was also a major letdown. I was served a dish I didn't order, and when I pointed out the mistake, the correct dish was never brought to me. To make matters worse, my bottle of beer was served warm. While they did replace it after I complained, it was just another example of the poor quality and lack of care throughout the entire visit. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend this place based on the service I received. Price per person: ฿800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
