We wanted to ask this waiter a question, but before I could even speak, I just said "Hello". She then desperately waved her hand at us and walked away. What does that mean? It feels like this person is very rigid and mean. The other waiters had a great attitude, especially the two male ones who deserve special praise. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have given the service only three stars. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Visited the M&S Cafe recently. While the staff were friendly and provided good service, the coffee and food unfortunately did not meet my expectations. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for, so I don’t see myself returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Friendly & personalised service from Fahmi and Syed. We had a very pleasant dining experience being served by both of them.We’ll recommend afternoon tea to friends and relatives. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
