The ambiance of Mangal is inviting, with decor that beautifully reflects Jordanian culture. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was enjoyable. The highlight of my meal was the Lamb Mansaf, Jordan's national dish. The lamb was exquisitely tender and rich in flavor, served atop a bed of aromatic rice. The accompanying yogurt sauce added a creamy, tangy element that perfectly complemented the savory lamb. Sprinkled with pine nuts and herbs, the dish had a wonderful mix of textures and flavors that made each bite a delight.
