Was really disappointed with the food served cold and the service was really slow too. There were only few tables waiting for their food. After a wait of 15 mins, the food was served cold and the fries were soggy. I'm surprised the people are giving 5 stars for this place, maybe it was better before but today was really not up standard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Doesn’t taste at all like the Marrybrown in Malaysia. Decided to visit as the reviews looked positive at this outlet. However, the food we ordered was room temperature if not cold, despite waiting almost 15 mins for it with barely 4 small tables of people at 8+pm. The wait could be justified if the chicken came crispy and hot. That was not the case. The Hotouch Chicken burger had a spicy fried chicken thigh patty that was rock solid, batter was not even crispy, just hard. So was the thigh meat. It was already room temperature, while the burger was slightly warm. I’m not expecting much for fast food, but this was appalling. A random western food stall in a hawker centre could serve up something better. The fried chicken followed a similar (poor) standard. Arrived rock hard. The cheese fries also tasted funny. We scraped away the cheese and ate the remaining fries which was decent. There were flies in the restaurant. I will never return again. It’s likely the food had been left for a long time after cooking and that’s really terrible to be serving customers that. Please don’t trust the 5 star reviews. Look at the other 1 star reviews and you’ll understand this is not a one-off occurrence. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20
