Dessert shop that comes with spectacular skyscraper view. Located in Empire tower. Excellent ice cream and they also have small shop selling merchandise. Do expect the place to be full of photo takers as it is quite picturesque up there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
