The egg waffles are made fresh to order, but we had a long wait. They had many pans going at once and seemed to lose track of which ones were cooking. My waffles both came out overcooked and slightly burnt. It’s hard to tell in the pictures but it was pretty brown. It was browner and more overcooked than usual. The apple waffle had fresh apple filling which was nice but the burnt dough made it taste bitter overall. The salted egg yolk flavour was also interesting, it had bits to egg yolk in every one. There are standing tables nearby if you want to eat on the spot. Overall, for $40 each, it’s quite pricey and not worth it for the quality. It’s nothing special compared to other egg waffle places.
