大の日本通のオーナーが経営する鉄板焼き屋さん。肉も魚介も、どれを取っても非常に美味。特に鰻の鉄板焼きは、丁寧に鉄板の上で調理されて余分な脂が落とされ、絶品な食感と風味に仕上がっている。

We've been coming to Matsubishi for years and it's a reliable quality place! We appreciate the much needed renovations - which uplifted the place a lot. Some of the features are smart, eg. reflections on the ceiling, replicating red lacquered posts. Food quality, Cleanliness, and Customer service were excellent. If we must critique, then perhaps it's the greeting when we entered the restaurant - instead of greeting us and looking at customers in the eyes, the staff had her head down the whole time, while walking/ leading us to our seats and looking at the iPad (with bookings and table allocations). It would have been more personable had she engage with us in conversations (especially the section we requested in our booking is not congested or popular). Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $350–400
