Bad staff who served Mac Donald sundae , the fudge is meant to be covering the ice cream but the staff put so little like one drop only and after I asked for more and she said needed to add 70 cents what is this scammy service and trash staff and also they are understaffed waited 10 mins for the staff to come to serve ice cream horrible experience. On 13 February 2026 in the morning, I visited this outlet of McDonald’s and had a very unpleasant experience with a female Indian front counter staff. I ordered a takeaway drink, but no plastic bag or straw was provided. I politely asked if I could have a plastic bag and a straw. She responded in an impatient tone, saying, “What do you mean? The straw is inside. What do you want?” Her tone was dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. As a customer, I was simply making a reasonable request and did not speak rudely. In other McDonald’s outlets, takeaway drinks are usually provided with a plastic bag automatically, as it is inconvenient and unsafe to carry a cup by hand while walking or taking public transport — especially for hot beverages. I am unsure whether my question was unclear or if my tone was too gentle, but in any case, such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable in the service industry. I hope the management will look into this matter and reinforce proper customer service training Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
