Had a great experience at Subway Choa Chu Kang . The service was quick and efficient, and the outlet was clean and comfortable. Staff Amirul was very polite, helpful, and did a great job preparing the sandwich exactly as requested. Overall, a smooth and satisfying visit. Would definitely come again. This is my go to place when i want a simple meal for lunch. The staff here are kind and always smiles at you which i find really awesome especially if theres a long queu. BMT w egg mayo with bbq sauce or tuna w egg mayo sandwich is always my go to order here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to lot 1 mall subway on 7/6/26@ 530pm.There were no walk ins but a young malay bespectacled male staff was busy prep for grabfood. When he asked for my order i signaled to him to settle the grabfd order as i was not rushing. So after he was done w the grabfd order, he skipped me n asked the person queuing behind me for his order.I m kind enough not to rush him but he rudely disregard my presence. So thought the person behind. So i quickly shouted out my order. He proceed rudely to cut the loaf. Mine was torn , a big tear that the ingredients was falling out. He dosent care proceeded w a straight face like he was having a horrible day n i happened to be the one he could let off his steam. By the way he was very rude from the beginning. When i asked about the price for meal n ala cart i was given a rude anwser. N when i proceed to buy w a meal a cookie n a cup was thrown infront of me without a bag. I was taking away. If this meal is for myself trust me i would have walk away. Why do i need to deal w the man's bad attitude? If u r so unhappy working at subway pls resign get a job that fits yr big attitude!!!
