Usually when ordering from shell they miss out on a few things and ive had to walk back to shell 3 times now in the past 3-4 months. Today at 8.38pm, the cashier, Cary Goh was using her phone while serving us. After receiving my food I checked for the right order and asked for extra chilli sauce to which she commented with a black face while staring at her phone that there was already two inside. I didn’t see it so I clarified to which she responded with a disgruntled tone Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very slow service even though it is supposed to be a drive thru. Cars need to wait 20-30mins just to place an order. McDonald's should look into improving the customer service flow for drive thru. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I,m a walk in customer at this McDonald's Shell Tampines for many years liao . I always go to this outlet at 2am in the morning. So far I have not encountered any crew who are rude and can say that most of the crew here are helpful. I would like to add that the worst Drive In branch in Singapore is McDonald,s Shell Havelock because crew at this Havelock branch refused to help those customers who are not familiar with the SOK machine previously and I suppose their attitude is still the same now.
