I was looking forward to eat my Mac crispy end up the chicken was burn so I went down to complain I told them the burger was burn they say that it was supposed to be like that the burger had black spots on it’s they say it’s normal are you being for real right now? They didn’t even offer to give us a refund, or help us change the burger. Price per person: SGD 20–30

I,m a walk in customer at this McDonald's Shell Tampines for many years liao . I always go to this outlet at 2am in the morning. So far I have not encountered any crew who are rude and can say that most of the crew here are helpful. I would like to add that the worst Drive In branch in Singapore is McDonald,s Shell Havelock because crew at this Havelock branch refused to help those customers who are not familiar with the SOK machine previously and I suppose their attitude is still the same now.
