ok but at what cost

got incorrect order, ordered 2 hotcakes with syrup and sausage ala carte. the orders received only came with hotcakes and whipped butter and cutleries. both orders somehow manage to miss out on sausages and syrups that were clearly stated on issued receipt. came to leave a review and saw a 3.1 star rating which is lower than average for most mcdonald outlets that i’ve patronised and had little to no issues with. hope they take into account of this feedback Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Angry because FoodPanda was hopeless in providing closure or feedback to McDonald's Tampines Hub. But this branch's order preparation especially for delivery, most times would miss out items. It's just very frustrating!! Simple things like Chilli Sauce and Napkins get forgotten. Sometimes Ice Cream. Panda CS got the cheek to state that McDonald's does not provide chilli sauce with Fillet O Fish. Omg. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
