Asked a staff named "Jason" if I could get an update on my order as I had been waiting for 30 minutes and my number had been skipped past. I get that sometimes orders are prepared based on what's already been made or the least amount if items but it was just a small check to see if maybe my number got lost. This staff of yours proceeded to sigh and then looked away and just ignored me. Hey I get it man, sometimes customers can be annoying and ask for too much, but you don't have to be rude about it. You could just respond with "Just a moment" or something. It's only when I asked again with your colleague beside you that's when they stepped up and helped me out. Thanks to the Indian lady in grey for the help btw. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Subpar food and service. Soggy fries sometimes. Inconsistent. Some days, they serve the worst fries I've ever eaten and not just within McDonald's. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10
