Waited more than 30 minutes for FAST food is wild game. Also after waiting 30mins the manager won’t even give curry sauce. Worst McDonald outlet in sg Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not order from this outlet during weekends or peak periods. It felt like my order was marked as completed from the queue to keep their service KPIs look good, but the order was then forgotten. Ended up waiting almost an hour just for a simple order for two people, and it was only prepared after I asked. If this is how orders are being handled just to meet KPI targets, it’s a frustrating experience. To the service managers, please focus on either managing the weekend crowd properly or handle delivery orders better. Trying to do everything at once when the team cannot cope only leaves customers waiting. The whole experience was horrendous. Waiting an hour for fast food is simply unacceptable.

I'm William and it's my birthday, was redeeming the free nuggets via apps at Yishun Ave 6 Blossom spring branch then came a gentleman of McDonald's crew by the name of Raihan , Rohana & Masna attended to me, their service is remarkable and they were asking what else they could offer aside from providing world class service, they then presented me and my spouse Sofia a dessert of ice cream chocolate and vanilla, it's very thoughtful of them, and thank you for wishing me and the treat,. This man deserved to be recognised. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway
