The food at this McDonald's was decent, and the restaurant was reasonably clean. However, the service from the manager and staff was unacceptable. They were happily chatting in the kitchen while customers waited, completely neglecting the counter. They were slow to take orders, seemed uninterested in helping, and lacked basic customer service skills. The overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
