Extremely serious hygiene issue. I found what appears to be a fingernail inside my burger. I only discovered it after I had already started eating. This is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning from a food safety perspective. I have photos clearly showing the foreign object in the burger. I have reported the incident to Grab and expect McDonald's to investigate how this could have happened. Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered from this McDonald’s branch and got sick almost immediately after eating. From the symptoms we experienced, it seems very likely that the issue came from the cooking quality — especially the oil used. We even called the branch to talk about their cleanliness, and in the end they told us they cannot change the oil every day — which is exactly the kind of problem that can make customers sick. Old or unfiltered frying oil can cause issues such as: • Heavy or strange taste • Food feeling like it “sits” in your stomach • Trouble sleeping because rancid oil irritates the digestive system • Bloating, gas, and stomach discomfort (especially from fries or fried chicken) • Feeling hot or sweating due to digestive stress I had sweating and stomach cramps — classic symptoms of degraded or overused oil.
