Extremely serious hygiene issue. I found what appears to be a fingernail inside my burger. I only discovered it after I had already started eating. This is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning from a food safety perspective. I have photos clearly showing the foreign object in the burger. I have reported the incident to Grab and expect McDonald's to investigate how this could have happened. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: ฿1,000–1,200

We ordered from this McDonald’s branch and got sick almost immediately after eating. From the symptoms we experienced, it seems very likely that the issue came from the cooking quality — especially the oil used. We even called the branch to talk about their cleanliness, and in the end they told us they cannot change the oil every day — which is exactly the kind of problem that can make customers sick. Old or unfiltered frying oil can cause issues such as: • Heavy or strange taste • Food feeling like it “sits” in your stomach • Trouble sleeping because rancid oil irritates the digestive system • Bloating, gas, and stomach discomfort (especially from fries or fried chicken) • Feeling hot or sweating due to digestive stress I had sweating and stomach cramps — classic symptoms of degraded or overused oil.
