The pastas are loaded with cheese, making them incredibly rich and thick, exactly what you want when craving comfort food. But honestly, the Original Basque Cheesecake is the real reason to come here. It literally melts in your mouth, so you have to try it even if you're full. It pairs perfectly with coffee, though I have to warn you that drinks are a bit pricey. Still, totally worth it for the dessert alone.
