シムリムスクエアの2階にひっそりとお店があります。日本人お一人で切り盛りされています。モバイルからオーダーと支払いを済ませて限定のKURO MISOを待ちます。5分程度で着丼。スープは濃厚過ぎず味噌感しっかりしてバランスとても良い。名前のKUROはトッピングの肉味噌なのでしょうか？胡椒が効いててスープに少しずつ溶かすとまたパンチ増します。更にニンニクを少し入れると最高でした。味玉も半熟でトロトロ。麺は普通の中華麺ぽかったです。シンガポールでこのクオリティと味、値段もリーズナブルでかなり満足感あります。. 4.7/5 What a find at Sim Lim Square! I tried Menya Saku by Oh Some Bowls and was seriously impressed. I ordered their Special Saku Ramen (chicken). The broth was a clear, umami delight, and the chicken was perfectly salt-brined, grilled, and charred. The QQ chewy ramen noodles, along with a bit of black oil, came together for a great sensation. Honestly, each item on its own isn't mind-blowing, but when you get them all in one bite, it's just amazing. I also tried the Niku Soba Ramen (though I'm not sure why it's called soba, as the noodles seemed the same to me). I can see why it's their most popular dish! The beef was so flavorfully marinated, and while the broth was similar, the beef made a slight but amazing difference. I'd definitely get this over the chicken even though both were great. The best part? All of this deliciousness was just $13-$15, making it absolutely worth it. I can't wait to go back and try their tonkotsu ramen—I saw so many people ordering it!
