Been here so many times and still coming back. Our favourites has been Toufu peanut rice, truffle pasta but today tried the miso kombu pasta. I must say that this miso kombu pasta is very special, it is japanese-italian flavour. The miso taste is savory but not salty. Miso lovers will like it. Portion is big and colourful for vegetarian liking and nutritional benefits. Have never tasted this before, it is refreshing for a pasta meal...not "jelat" till the end unlikely cream pasta. Try it! Merle & Co 1 Lentor Central, #01-36 Lentor Modern ( new mall) Singapore 788887 Location = Merle & Co, a newly opened cafe is situated on the outside perimeters of this new mall. To get here = Alight at Lentor MRT Station, take Exit 1 and walk to the outside of the mall. ️ This corner cafe faces the tall condominiums' area. Decor / Ambience: The interior of Merle & Co features a modern, minimalist design with a bright and cosy ambience. Clean white surfaces are paired with warm wooden tables and benches, while soft ambient lighting enhances the calm and Zen vibe. --- The overall space feels serene and thoughtfully designed as a relaxed neighbourhood cafe spot. The cafe is also pet-friendly. I saw two lovely furry dogs inside the cafe when I visited on a Sunday evening. Iced Cafe Latte at SGD7.50 ***************************** Ordered an Iced Cafe Latte and had it customised to a single espresso shot. The result was a creamy, mild and well crafted cafe latte with low acidity and very little bitterness, making it smooth and easy to drink. Service = All the crew members were friendly and helpful.
