Visited family staying in ridgewood and had our lunch here after swimming. Ordered pork ragu, aglio olio with prawn and nasi lemak ayam berempah. All the foods taste great and affordable. My sons love all the 3 dishes. Drinks were great too especially the mango smoothies with youghurt balls and strawberry passionfruit juice. Will try their madeleines next time! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent pork ragu I had today with fresh from the oven Madeleines Very good stuff made with heart. Unfortunately fried chicken and nasi lemak were out for the day but I’ll definitely be back again in this honestly hidden gem of local business. My Nasi Ayam Berempah was superb. Even though I did a ta pau, the chicken was still crisp on the outside, but juicy, well marinated and flavourful. His sambal is perfect. None of the tendency towards sweetness that is found in sambal everywhere. The citrus madeleines were excellent - light, aromatic and had a crisp exterior with a soft inside. Will be back for sure!
