Bad experience. Literally dash as the store said it close at 5pm but instead the barista was already telling us off they closed for the day when its only 4.15pm. If they really don’t want to take our orders better just say cashier is close then we will make our way out. The cashier also not friendly and lack of customer service. Repeatedly told her the orders and she still asking for the size of the drinks when iced has only 1 size. The taste and quality is so bad we had to discard. Other locations had better customer service experience and good quality taste especially for Marina Square and Tanglin Mall. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

I had a wonderful experience at Tanamera Coffee The Metropolis. The ambience is perfect—cozy, modern, and inviting. The coffee was exceptional, with rich flavors that truly stand out. A special shoutout to Sabrina, Marliza, Fitry, and Shaz, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm service made my visit even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back!
