It’s a good idea. Ultimately when you add all the ingredients etc the soup stock is too diluted. I am a big fan of shin ramyun and it was very bland after it was cooked. Since the packets are quite cheap in cost may I suggest to offer for the same set menu to have 2 packets instead of one. So ideally we add one noodle from one packet. Then we add the ingredients. But we have a choice of two seasoning packets to keep the flavor. I’m pretty sure this will help the taste and your business. Midnight Noodle Club at CSC Tessensohn is such a unique dining spot! They offer a wide variety of instant noodles from all over, and it’s fun to pick and customize your own bowl. Perfect for late-night cravings with friends or just a casual supper. The concept is creative, the atmosphere is cozy, and the selection will definitely surprise you.
